Lời nói đầu cho bộ bài viết về O'Sensei


Ý định xây dựng các bài viết về O' Sensei đã được ấp ủ trong tôi từ cách đây hơn 1 năm ... và giờ là lúc bắt tay thực hiện . Những kỹ thuật trong các bài này do chính sáng tổ thực hiện - đây là hình ảnh về người trong những năm đầu thập niên 40 & 60 thế kỷ 20 .

Phần III - Atemi Waza là bài viết thứ ba . Thầy Morihei từng dạy : " Phải luôn nhớ bình ổn trọng tâm của bản thân trước khi kiểm soát vùng trọng tâm chung bằng một cú Atemi kết hợp xoay chuyển & nhập nội " - Kỹ thuật Atemi , tự nó cũng có một màu sắc riêng trong hệ thống kỹ thuật Aikido !
