Lời nói đầu cho bộ bài viết về O'Sensei


Ý định xây dựng các bài viết về O' Sensei đã được ấp ủ trong tôi từ cách đây hơn 1 năm ... và giờ là lúc bắt tay thực hiện . Những kỹ thuật trong các bài này do chính sáng tổ thực hiện - đây là hình ảnh về người trong những năm đầu thập niên 40 thế kỷ 20 .

Phần I - Tenkan là bài viết mở đầu . Sáng tổ Morihei đã dạy rằng : " Tenkan là kỹ thuật xoay chuyển thân . Tập trung tinh thần để cảm nhận đến từng ngón tay , bước nhẹ chân trái ( hoặc phải) ra nửa bước - sau đó lấy chân trái ( hoặc phải ) làm trụ xoay 180 độ sang phải ( hoặc trái ) . Hãy luyện tập Tenkan hằng ngày ."

( 1 ) & ( 2 ) - Thầy Morihei đang ở vị thế ngay sau khi xoay Tenkan ( trong 2 góc nhìn khác nhau ). Kết thúc kỹ thuật xoay Tenkan , thầy và Uke đều nhìn về một huớng
